Service Providers

We may use trusted providers for website hosting, forms, content delivery, security, analytics, payment processing, software delivery, and license infrastructure.

These may include Squarespace, Paddle, Gumroad, Microsoft, Cloudflare, and other technical providers required to operate HyperION.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide licenses and support, prevent fraud, maintain transaction and activation records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

License and purchase records may be retained for the lifetime of the license and for an appropriate period afterward.

International Processing

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate contractual, legal, or organizational safeguards are used.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No internet-based service can guarantee complete security.
