Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the HyperION website, software, downloads, services, and license keys.

HyperION DAW is operated by Onur Muhammet Karadereli or stage name Feo Matif, based in Türkiye. By downloading, purchasing, activating, or using HyperION, you agree to these terms.

Software License

A paid HyperION purchase grants the customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition of the software.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a lifetime license may be activated on up to three Windows PCs belonging to the licensed customer.

A lifetime license means continued use of the purchased software edition. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee perpetual availability of third-party services, future operating-system compatibility, or every future product or separately priced upgrade.

Demo Version

HyperION provides a free demo for evaluation before purchase. Customers should use the demo to check compatibility, performance, available features, audio-device support, and workflow suitability before purchasing a paid license.

Restrictions

You must not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer a license key.

  • Circumvent activation or licensing systems.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

  • Use HyperION for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

  • Introduce malware or interfere with the security or availability of the software, website, activation service, or related systems.

  • Scrape, probe, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Misrepresent ownership of HyperION software, branding, or documentation.

Intellectual Property

HyperION, its software, interface, documentation, branding, graphics, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of HyperION.

Purchasing a license grants permission to use the software. It does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

Users retain their rights in original music and other content they create, subject to any rights belonging to third-party samples, models, plugins, or services they use.

AI-Assisted Features

Some HyperION editions may include AI-assisted production tools. Users are responsible for reviewing generated results and ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

HyperION does not guarantee that AI-assisted output will be unique, error-free, or suitable for every commercial purpose.

Payments

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases completed through Paddle and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, billing, and refunds. Paddle purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Purchases made through Gumroad or the Microsoft Store are also subject to the applicable storefront’s terms.

Paid HyperION licenses are one-time purchases unless a product page and checkout explicitly state otherwise.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy:

https://www.hyperiondaw.com/refund-policy

If a refund is approved, the related license key may be permanently deactivated and the customer must stop using the refunded software.

Updates and Availability

We may provide updates, fixes, compatibility changes, or feature improvements at our discretion.

We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, activation systems, AI features, or other services will always be uninterrupted, available, secure, or error-free.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license or access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • A material violation of these terms.

  • Fraud, payment reversal, or non-payment.

  • License sharing, resale, or activation abuse.

  • A security risk.

  • Serious or repeated misuse.

Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

HyperION is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost projects, lost recordings, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the software, services, legal requirements, or business practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
