Refund Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026

HyperION DAW is operated by Onur Muhammet Karadereli, an independent software developer based in Türkiye.

This Refund Policy applies to HyperION Standard and HyperION Ultimate lifetime software licenses.

Free Demo and Pre-Purchase Evaluation

HyperION provides a free downloadable demo so customers can evaluate the software before purchasing. Customers are strongly encouraged to use the demo to check Windows and hardware compatibility, audio-device support, performance, workflow suitability, and whether the published features meet their needs.

The availability of the demo does not remove any refund right required by applicable law or this policy.

14-Day Refund Period

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, including for a change of mind.

For purchases processed by Paddle, refund requests must be submitted through Paddle.net. Please provide the purchase email address, receipt or transaction details, and a short explanation of the request.

Digital License Delivery

HyperION is delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, a unique license key is generated and registered to the customer.

If a refund is approved:

  • All license keys issued for the refunded purchase will be permanently deactivated.

  • The customer must stop using the software.

  • All activated copies must be removed.

  • The license may not be shared, resold, transferred, or reactivated.

License generation or activation alone does not remove the 14-day refund period or any mandatory consumer rights.

Requests After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available. HyperION is delivered immediately, a unique license is generated and registered, and a free demo is available before purchase to evaluate compatibility and suitability.

Requests after 14 days may still be considered where required by law or in cases involving:

  • A duplicate charge.

  • Failure to deliver the license.

  • An unauthorized transaction.

  • A material technical defect that our support team cannot reasonably resolve.

Refunds may be refused where legally permitted if there is evidence of fraud, license sharing, resale, deliberate abuse of the refund process, a material breach of the license terms, or continued use after a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Other Storefronts

Purchases made through Gumroad or the Microsoft Store must be refunded through the original storefront and are also subject to that storefront’s applicable refund rules.

Processing

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for purchases completed through Paddle and handles payment, tax, billing, and refund processing.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle, the payment provider, and the customer’s bank.
